PARIS INTRODUCTION Paris! Our former and future home and probably the greatest city in the world. The life we have enables us to travel extensively and we’ve seen most of the great capitals of Europe, and while we have several favourites, there is only ONE Paris. So it was a exciting idea to take a group of some of my favourite Czech girls on a "working holiday" to Paris in October and show them around. The girls who came with us include two MET regulars, Katka and Anastasya, and another model that people who have seen my book "Reanna’s Diaries" might recognise, a girl we call "Little D." Though she’s not really modelling now, I wanted to take her along as a gift for having been such a great model the previous couple of years. Meanwhile, I’ll be doing all the MET shoots with the other two: Lovely young Anastasya and crazy-wild self-described "Sex Bomb," Katka, whom we affectionately call "Kat,""KitKat," or "KittyKat." Because I tend to work long-term with the same girls again and again, Nancy and I often develop an almost familial friendship with many of the models, and this trip ended up feeling almost like a family holiday, albeit a kinda sexy one... ah, wait, that sounds kinda weird. Scratch that. Let's just say that we’re a pretty close knit group.     DAY ONE: We arrived in Paris early and got really lucky in that our hotel let us check in right away. Everyone was tired and wanted naps, but that was before the girls got their first look at the beautiful city: That re-energized everyone and they wanted to head out sightseeing right away. We were staying in the 7th Arrondissement, a block from the Eiffel Tower, so that’s where we headed first. The girls were completely blown away. In Prague, there is a quarter-sized loosely-based copy of the Eiffel on Petrin Hill and they’d all been there. But that didn’t prepare them for the amazing height and incredible views of the real Tour Eiffel...To be continued... BUDAPEST Day 1 After a 7 hour train trip from Prague, we finally arrive in Budapest. My wife Nancy and I step off the train to a barrage of taxi and accommodation hawkers trying to get into our pockets before we’ve even drawn our first breath of Magyar air. "Well, this is a little different than Prague," I think. We push past the crowd and head out of the station, planning to walk a block or so away and grab a (presumably cheaper) taxi there. We get one and he zips us off right to our tourist apartment we’ve rented in the city centre. All seems good so far! We get right to the door in a matter of minutes, and along the way the driver gives us a narrated tour of the sights. We’re immediately smitten by the beauty and grandeur of the city.     We get to the apartment, meet the elderly owners who are super sweet and totally fascinated by Nancy, who is Mexican. They chat about Mexico for awhile. Up in our room, we unpack a bit and decide to do something about the hunger pangs in our stomachs. So we head out the door toward the glowing neon sign of one of our most missed American fast food treats - Burger King! This is something we don’t have in Prague, so we gobble down a couple of Whoppers with onion rings and go for a night time stroll of the neighborhood. We end up at the Elizabeth Bridge, and get our first look at the beautiful Danube...To be continued...
