Ruffled by wind and bathed in soft sunlight, Nina A returns to Met in a fresh, outdoorsy photo shoot by top photographer Erro. An incredibly sensuous and feminine woman with a curvaceous figure, sparkling blue eyes, and chestnut hair, Nina A’s many blessings are amply displayed in this lovely, sun-drenched series.
Erro is Met’s highest ranked photographer, and his artistry is exceptional. In particular, Erro is a master of portraiture, with the ability to draw out the unique aspects of each model’s style and personality. For this lovely series, Erro chose to shoot Nina outdoors, in a location that feels both casual and exotic. Seated atop a bed of red pillows and fringed by palm fronds, the setting is comfortable and creates a feeling of intimacy with the model. Choosing to highlight Nina’s natural assets, Erro shoots her undressed and unadorned, her long hair loosely curled and tousled.
Erro’s skill as a portrait artist is revealed in the first feature image from the series. In this stunning photo, Erro captures Nina’s sensuous combination of womanly confidence and girlish beauty. In this charming photo, Nina does not look directly at the camera. She leans backwards to rest her body against a wooden beam, her hair loose and her arms thrown above her head. Light falls across her face, stomach, and breasts, illuminating the perfect curves of her body. While she looks downward, her blue, almond-shaped eyes sparkle, and loose hair blows softly over her face and forehead.
In the second image, Nina kneels atop the pile of red pillows, her legs spread. Gently, she gathers her round breasts between her elbows, squeezing her dark nipples tenderly, as wisps of hair fall across her forehead. The subtle, washed-out background creates an elegant frame for the Nina’s soft body, and the strong backlight from the setting sun highlights the attractive curve of her full bust and stomach.
Erro is uniquely skilled at creating portraits that are as tasteful and elegant as they are intimate and revealing. This series is no exception, as the veteran photographer captures this lovely model from every angle. In the final image featured here, Erro chooses to photograph Nina from below, capturing the soft curve of her stomach and the folds between her thighs. She looks down at the camera simply and beautifully, her head cocked to the side and resting on the wooden beam. Looking downward, her lips softly parted, Nina’s natural beauty and feminine style are undeniably emphasized.
