Marilu in “Contrast” by Razin

68 Photos, 1 of 4 Parts

When this photo series first comes into your vision, it is in fact the contrasts that grab you. In one sense, you see a beautiful, very pale, blue-eyed model. Her hair is long and straight and blonde. Her complexion is smooth and she has a sweet way about her.

But you can’t see her body because it is covered in the aforementioned contrasting elements. First, there is black eye liner on her eyes, giving her a slight “Goth” look. Second, her lipstick is a heavy pink, making her lips look full, but somewhat “made up.” Finally, and most obviously, she is wearing a heavy, shiny, black raincoat that covers her entire body. Interestingly enough, the raincoat is actually almost see-thru…it seems like it was almost put together with a plastic tarp. There is an almost Bauhaus feel to it, an industrial design aspect that makes it rather shocking on such a sweet, soft model.

Such are the contrasts.

But those contrasts start disappearing around photo 30, for it’s then that our model begins to lose her “harsh trappings” and show us the soft underbelly of her persona. Before we discuss the natural sites that you get to see when she takes her clothes off, we must make notice of the stunning blue necklace that hangs about her neck. It seems like a talisman of some sort, half Mayan and half French. Needless to say, hanging there delicately between her breasts as it is, it is rather lovely.

And when Marilu does finally shed her harsh plastic wardrobe, we are given the joy of observing a tender, delicate young body in the full bloom of girlish sensuality. Her every shape and curve are delightful, and the coquettish smile on her face only adds to the overall sense of her being a true female gem. Her skin is so smooth, and her style so relaxed, you can’t help but fall in love with her on the spot.

In a sense, this series shows us is that sensuality is as much about contrasts as it is about simplicity. For instance, in some of the shots you can see that Marilu, in nothing but her birthday suit, is nevertheless donning a pair of high-class black pumps. The sensation is thrilling. It’s as if she ripped off her dress in expectation of passion and forgot to take off her shoes. In these shots, as in many others as well, it’s the contrast that makes the difference.
